SERVICES
Tailored, hands-on 1:1 coaching for all ages (currently ages 6–65) with minds of all kinds
Parent training/coaching
Collaboration with other individuals providing services or support
LOCATION
At our San Diego office (4241 Jutland Dr., Suite 315) right by the Costco on Morena Blvd.
Virtually via Zoom (available for clients 13+)
In-person sessions are strongly encouraged for all ages and are required for ages 12 and under. Our office has a productivity space called The Hub, which is available to clients and to caregivers while a child is in a session.
SESSIONS
Sessions are usually available Monday–Friday, 10 a.m. through 7 p.m.
Late afternoon and early evening slots are generally reserved for traditional K-12 students, but there is some flexibility.
Most clients begin with weekly 50-minute sessions.
Session frequency and length are tailored to client goals, bandwidth, budget, and coach availability.
As clients make progress, we may recommend shorter (25-minute) or less frequent sessions to foster independence.
Rates & Fees
Regular 50-minute coaching sessions: $150
Mini 25-minute coaching sessions: $75
One-time onboarding fee: $85
We are committed to making our services accessible and are willing to discuss adjusted rates for individual needs.
INSURANCE: Unfortunately, executive function coaching isn't deemed “medically necessary,” so insurance companies won’t cover our services. We hope this will change someday!
PAYMENTs
Monthly invoices are emailed at the end of each month. Bank transfers have no fee, and credit card payments have a 3% processing fee.
Payment is due by the 5th of each month. Late payments may incur an additional fee of $10 per day.
SDP: If you are part of the Self-Determination Program (SDP) through your regional center, you can ask for approval to use your funds for EF coaching. We are already a vendor with ACE FMS and Ritz FMS.
